Since morning rituals affect an entire day, I try to incorporate lots of water, some movement, something peaceful like reading, and some fuel for my body.
Green smoothies are excellent for fuel! A smooth blend of fruits, greens, avocado, and coconut, it was destined to be on repeat in my Tiny Kitchen.

I realize winter is most certainly not over… (it keeps reminding us)
But perhaps a recipe like this will get our excitement going for warmer days ahead.

Tropical Kiwi Avo Smoothie
Vibrant, smooth, and surprisingly satisfying. Deliciously refreshing green smoothie to start your day.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple, frozen
- 2 kiwi
- 3-4 dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 large handfuls fresh spinach leaves (=approx 2 cups)
- 1 & 1/4 cups water or almond milk
Directions
- Blend it all up!
- Use extra liquid as needed depending on your type of blender.
