I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say that I was bored last night. This is what the top shelf of my fridge looks like.
These poor poor round bald white men do not even realize their fate.
Hobbies. I need more hobbies.
Never mind that. I thought I’d share my husband’s famous recipe today. He makes this at least 3 times a week. Breakfast, lunch, eleventies,…whatever. 9.9 times out of 10, Andy is in the mood for this meal.
3 round bald white men, also known as eggs
salt & pepper
½ tsp hot sauce of choice
2 tsp ranch dressing
Monterey jack cheese, grated
turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
Everything is going to end up in the pan except for the tortilla, so lets get started.
Cook the turkey bacon and mushrooms first. Then whisk the eggs in a bowl with dash of salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and put it in the frying pan. Cook until fluffy. Add turkey bacon, hot sauce, ranch, tomato, mushrooms, cheese and mix it up a bit until the cheese starts to get stringy. Ooooowwweee.
Warm the tortilla on the stove top by placing it in a separate pan and just flip it a few times. Pour the gooey-cheesey-eggy mixture into the tortilla shell.
My man can cook!
Here is a photo of us from this past weekend. I must say my left hand looks odd; it got trapped in the moment of photography execution. But I’m oblivious, because let’s just be honest; you don’t think about much else when the man of your dreams wraps his arms around you.

Andy discovered the egg faces late last night. I could hear the sound of laughter coming from the kitchen, followed by a faint “hey guys”. Hahaa.
I almost knitted a small hat for one of them. But that is called crossing the line.
