Artichoke Kale Flatbread

Here’s a delicious appetizer for holiday parties coming up!

(I used refrigerated pizza dough for this recipe and baked it at 450 degrees – you should preheat so that it’s ready!  Bake as directed on your specific pizza dough packaging.)

First, roll out the dough and place on a baking dish. Mix a few TBSP of olive oil, with pressed/minced garlic, a TBSP parmesan cheese, and spread this on the dough. Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chopped kale and chopped marinated artichokes.
Sprinkle another layer of parmesan and top off the whole thing with mozzarella.
Bake until the cheese is bubbly-brown on top.  Sometimes, A and I “appetize” for dinner:) You’re welcome to do the same!
