French Bread Pizza Toasts

It will never go out of style. Neither will my desire to find easier ways of doing things.

This one requires nothing more than a roll of french bread, pizza toppings, less than 5 minutes under the broiler in your oven. Fast and furious.

Start with your choice of a large french bread roll. Slice it about 1 in thick. Spread on your tomato pizza sauce.

Sprinkle some garlic, oregano, and parmesan..
Then, topping’s!

This time around we added seasoned sautéed red skin potatoes. A unique, killer addition to pizza.
(Microwave them, chop them, and toss them in olive oil and all your favorite seasonings.. Sauté it up!)

Our other toppings were olives, green onions, spinach, and sauteed mushrooms..

And of course CHEEEESE.


I broiled these for 3 minutes. With different ovens, that number may vary between 2 minutes and 5 minutes. Just keep an eye on ’em.
