Blueberry Honey Chevre Ball

Ever since goat cheese won my heart years ago, I’m always tinking around with it; adding it to salads, spreading it on a slice of toast,  or even pairing it with a sweet Gala apple.

Subtly sweet, sharp, creamy, and smooth, chevre is actually preferred in most countries over cow products, as is popularized in our Western world.

INGREDIENTS
3 oz package soft goat cheese (chevre) plain
2 tsp honey
1/4 cup fresh blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix honey into chevre, first. Then fold in the blueberries. Lay the cheese on a piece of plastic wrap, making your best effort to form it into a ball.
Place into freezer for 10 minutes. Pull it out to reinforce the shape of a ball.  Freeze for 10 more minutes.
