Pretty in pink, the frozen tart cherries from Costco are AMAZING. One of the best parts about this smoothie is the grainy coconutty texture from blending in some dried organic unsweetened coconut flakes from Whole Foods. I’ve always liked coconut, but these I LOVE.
- 1/2 cup (heaping) frozen cherries
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup rice milk
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 3 figs
- 1/3 cup (heaping) dried coconut flakes
- 15 almonds
(add more rice milk or water, if your blender needs more fluid)
