All jokes aside, we actually love our couch. Except between 714am-823am when the sunlight hits those perfectly tuffed velvety cushions and…..PURPLE.
Anywaysss, it’s summer in New York, so HELLO HOT. I made a fruit salad. Because anything refreshing makes me happy.
This has 4 ingredients and I think you’ll like it.
A+ TANGY FRUIT SALAD
Kiwis (5-7)
Mango (2-3)
Plums (2-3)
Juice from a couple lemons (depends on the size. make it wet, but not like soup.)
Chop. Chop. Chop. Squeeze. Stir.
TA-DA.
There’s not much to it! The lemon juice brings out so much flavor in the fruits.. it’s delightfully refreshing!
Tip: it’s best served cold and best eaten the day it is made. I give it an A+!
Enjoy, friends!
