Tangy Fruit Salad

My Brooklyn Tiny Kitchen is getting assembled rather s l o w l y, but nonetheless our home is coming along.  Like my microwave is still on the floor. Baby steps.Hey we also got a couch! And it’s blue.

But sometimes, in the sunlight, it’s purple. Everybody just be cool about it.

The accuracy of Urban Outfitter’s online photos is debatable. But we were ready for something risky and out of the ordinary, in our home…sooo… mission accomplished?

It’s going to be ok, Andy.

All jokes aside, we actually love our couch.  Except between 714am-823am when the sunlight hits those perfectly tuffed velvety cushions and…..PURPLE.

Anywaysss, it’s summer in New York, so HELLO HOT.  I made a fruit salad. Because anything refreshing makes me happy.

There’s not much to it! The lemon juice brings out so much flavor in the fruits.. it’s delightfully refreshing!

Tip: it’s best served cold and best eaten the day it is made.  I give it an A+!
Enjoy, friends!
